Comfort and relaxation in the heart of the city’s attractions
The room was pleasantly decorated with a large comfortable bed. I slept like a log. The hotel was all well decorated. The bathroom had a spa bath which was lovely after a day of cycling and wandering the town on a warm day. The location was excellent as it was close to the cathedral and canals. We had the light breakfast, which was very good quality and good value. Staff were very helpful. Good safe storage for bikes.

A great stay in a lovely city.
Superb location. Having a lovely courtyard in which to relax after sightseeing Cleanliness of room, and being able to enjoy a relaxing bath. A lift. Very good breakfast. Comfortable bed.
It suited our requirements perfectly.

The receptionists were very helpful !
The room had a beautiful view of the courtyard and there were four sets of windows as it was a corner room. There was even a sitting area with a sofa. The bathroom was very large and had great mirrors and lighting. The breakfast room was very welcoming and the food was varied and delicious !

Great location.
The hotel itself is old but well maintained. It does represent the culture of the area. Although not hotel onsite, covered parking right across from the property. Neutral: Given old nature of the building this is hotel can be a bit of hazle transporting luggage or for handicap individuals. The sofa bed was not ready upon arrival however was prepared for us later.

Always a great experience!
Clean rooms with everything you need and an extremely nice reception that speaks fluent german and english (and french).
They improved the breakfast and added many local products.
The rooms are also being improved steadily.

Loved our room with a view
The room was spacious, beds were comfortable, shower was strong, location was fantastic, and the court yard Christmas decor was spectacular. Everyone at the hotel was cheerful, courteous, and helpful. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious. It was the perfect jumpstart to our days. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Great place, great spot !
My family and I travelled here for Thanksgiving weekend. Hotel staff was very friendly and couldn’t have asked for a better location. Walking distance to Cathedral, Petite France, and numerous shops and restaurants. Hotel itself was decorated beautifully and our room (deluxe suit) was comfortable for family of four. We will definitely be back !

Most beautiful hotel
The hotel has a perfect location. When we entered we were welcomed by friendly, interested staff , who gave us valuable information for our stay. The room was a delight and I indulged in the jacuzzi bath!! Lots of attention to detail, free tea/coffee etc in reception and an honesty bar where you could get a drink and pay later. Couldn’t recommend highly enough. Beds very comfortable
