ARTICLE 1 - RATES
The rates quoted are in EURO (€), inclusive of VAT, and reflect the VAT rate applicable on the date of booking. Any change to the applicable rate, or any amendment to or introduction of new statutory taxes by the relevant authorities, will be automatically reflected in the prices quoted on the date of invoicing.
These rates apply per room, per night, for the number of people specified in the booking and exclusively for the selected dates..
Unless otherwise stated, these prices do not include additional services or tourist tax.

Certain services may be subject to a surcharge and are subject to change without notice; the hotel accepts no liability in this regard.
No bookings made before the launch of any promotional offer will be eligible for a refund, even a partial one.
ARTICLE 2 - BOOKINGS AND PAYMENT METHODS
Bookings can be made via the website https://www.hote-beaucour.com, by telephone, by email or by post. The booking will only be confirmed if it is guaranteed by the customer, either by providing a credit card number with an expiry date, security code and 3DS-validated authorisation for the charge, or by paying a deposit and upon receipt of a detailed booking confirmation.

– If the credit card’s expiry date is before the arrival date.
