A wonderful retreat in a perfect location.
It was such a quaint and magical property. The staff was extremely kind, helpful and willingly spoke English. Our room was straight out of a fairytale and our family of 2 adults and 2 kids LOVED it. The location was perfect and walking distance to everything, parking garage across the street was affordable and extremely convenient. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Young Man at Reception was very helpful and friendly . Excellent secure indoor bike storage in Salon Room . Immediately along River , many shops and restaurants . Room #312 was spacious, clean and bright . Great large and very clean bathroom with large jacuzzi tub . Excellent elevator to upper floors Comfortable lounge in lobby Breakfast was good at reasonable price point for the city .

Good location
Very good location surrounding with all restaurants and shops, also a few steps walk from tram. Hotel room just renovated the room was very new good function. Staff was good and well trained. Hotel provided station to re fill still and sparkling water at the lobby. We will go back again during Christmas.

Excellent location with excellent facilities
Excellent location - within minutes of cathedral and lots of restaurants nearby. The rooms were also excellent. Very good bathroom with a shower. Firm bed. Air conditioning. Public parking is across the street - and very convenient (hotel offers a slight discount on cost of parking).

Wonderful Hotel
Beautiful hotel with a wonderful staff! The room was perfect and just the right size. Breakfast was very good but we only ate once in the hotel and ventured out to local places the rest of the time. The parking garage is literally right across the street so that was so convenient and the hotel gives you a discount ticket for your parking provided you don’t move your car during your stay. And everything is within walking distance from the hotel so there is no need to move it.

The Best
This hotel is the best. We had a room in front, overlooking a main street, but it was very quiet. Only minutes from the hotel, it is well-situated. The hotel looks as if it's had a major renovation fairly recently, as everything was fresh and clean and worked well. The beds were comfortable and the double shower was yet another plus. The staff at the front desk couldn't have been friendlier.

Lovely city and a charming hotel
The staff were extremely helpful. Great quiet location, with easy walk ability to all sites or an easy tram stop away. Liked having a large glass water bottle in the room that you could refill in the lobby.

Excellent location, staff was very friendly and always hlped with our questions. The location was probably the best, close to the cathedral and nice restaurants. The room and the bathroom were huge and we appreciated the coffee and tea served in the room as well as the fact that there was always someone at the reception. The bed was extremely comfy.
