Alsace is rich in its diversity of beers, we are happy to introduce you to a new microbrewery every month.
Fancy a glass of wine, the D-vine machine and its concept will blow you away! Enjoy a drink from a selection of whites, rosés and reds, served at the perfect temperature and with three hours of ventilation for optimal tasting.

A little History
Property built in 1760 by merchant Philippe Jacques Hummel and Marie Elisabeth Demuth
In 1789, Jean David Fleischhauer installed the brasserie A l'Aigle, which was maintained until the beginning of the second half of the 19th century. Transferred a few meters further, at 19 rue des Bouchers, this place will be located at the Walb and Heerlein company specializing in the production of surgical instruments and a factory of umbrellas the Heupel factory.
The gated door and the balcony were inscribed in the Register of Historical Monuments on June 25, 1929. The keystroke seems to represent the paschal lamb with its fanion.
In 1930, the furniture store Pierre De Jong was installed for 60 years. The restorer and inventor of the seafood "choucroute" Guy Pierre Baumann bought the building in 1990n to transform it into a hotel.
After 2 years of work, Le Beaucour opened its 49 rooms in May of 1992
Since 2005 the hotel is run by his daughter Claire-Lise who perpetuates Beaucour's adage: "my home is your home"
